Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.

 

Exceptions:

  • Products damaged or defective due to shipping.

  • Claims must be made within 5 calendar days of delivery, submitting photo or video evidence to the contact email.

  • Once the damage is verified, a replacement or exchange will be offered. Claims made after the specified period will not be accepted.
